Exceptional Results by Zone 9 Bowlers at 2021 State Championships

Zone 9 bowlers returned from the recently held 2021 State Championships with their heads held high.

At the completion of the competitions, Zone 9 bowlers were crowned State Champions in the Open Singles (Kenta Treacher – North Sydney), Open Senior Singles (Terry Warder- Harbord) and Reserve Pairs (Rob & Max Gray – Belrose).

Zone 9 also had defeated semi-finalists in the Open Triples competition and Senior Triples
competitions.

In the Open Triples, the Belrose team (J Pollard, S Rawlings, M Blackburn) narrowly missed out on the final losing by one shot in their semi-final. The Senior Triples team from Belrose (M James, R Leonard, R Wise) unfortunately were also on the losing end of their semi.

Congratulations to all Zone 9 bowlers who participated in the State Championships. Your efforts are sure to have inspired other bowlers across the Zone.
