ZONE 9 SIDE TO TAKE ON VETERANS INTERZONE

After a lapse of some 2 years since last held, the Veterans Interzone has been re-launched this year with Zone 2 (Newcastle) taking on the hosting duties with the event to be held at Wallsend Diggers Sports Club over 7-8th April.

This is not an official BNSW-sanctioned event as not all Zones take part but Zone 9 has been a regular participant since it began and indeed was runner-up when it was last held back in 2019.

What was already shaping as a difficult selection process was made even more so due to the significant weather disruptions throughout March that resulted in the cancellation of numerous trials.
